While addressing a high school model UN Conference, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon called on Youth to encourage their Heads of State to accelerate the negotiating process and hold their leaders accountable for their actions.
Mr. Ban commented on the negotiating progress by telling the youth, “The truth is I am disappointed with the negotiations. They are not moving fast enough. That is why I need you.”
